Oceanview Acres is a recreational subdivision located between the scenic fishing communities of Dipper Harbour and Chance Harbour, N.B.  Access is via the Fundy Coastal Drive (Rte 790) approximately 30 minutes west of Saint John and 45 minutes east of St. Andrews.

Each lot owner will have beach access through a common right of way as well as commanding views of the Bay of Fundy.  Everyone is also encouraged to enjoy adjacent properties owned by John Law Corporation.  There is an abundance of wildlife and native flora and fauna to be discovered.  Nearby, the Nature Conservancy of Canada recently purchased a tidal estuary for preservation purposes, although access is still permitted.  This property is a short walk east of Oceanview Acres.
